Our Vision
We aim to be exceptional in our work with children and young people. We take pride in our successes and our responsive, passionate culture sets us apart from the rest.
We recognise that many of the children and young people we work with have suffered adversity and trauma and tailor our services to support them in the best way that we can. The voice of our young people is extremely important to us and is central to the work that we do.
As an organisation, we try to anticipate what the future might hold for our young people and our services and continuously look for opportunities to improve and evolve.

Our Core Values
All our work aligns with our core values:
1. Young Person-Centred
Children and young people are at the heart of all decisions. We respect their voice, experiences, goals, and aspirations.
2. Safety
We provide a safe, secure, and supportive environment where children and young people are protected from harm and feel emotionally and physically safe.
3. Positive Relationships
We build consistent, honest, and respectful relationships that help young people feel valued, listened to, and believed.
4. Empowerment and Independence
We support young people to develop life skills, confidence, and resilience, preparing them for independent living and adulthood.
5. Trauma-Informed
We recognise the impact of trauma and adversity, responding with understanding, patience, and non-judgemental support.
6. Choice, Rights, and Responsibility
Young people are supported to understand their rights, make informed choices, and take responsibility in a supportive way.
7. Inclusion and Equality
We celebrate diversity and actively challenge discrimination, ensuring every young person feels respected and included.
8. Education, Employment, and Progression
We encourage and support engagement in education, training, employment, and positive activities that build a hopeful future.
9. Participation and Voice
Young people are encouraged to express their views, shape their support, and influence how services are delivered.
10. Partnership Working
We work collaboratively with families, carers, professionals, and community services to provide joined-up support.
Collaboration, negotiation and consent
We work collaboratively with other professionals to build strong relationships to benefit young people.
We want young people to feel safe, secure and supported to develop the skills they need to lead positive and fulfilling lives. We will negotiate with young people and gain their agreement for how we will support them. We respect their voice and opinions.
We take a personalised, strengths-based approach to how we deliver support. We aim to recruit staff who want to listen to young people, hear their stories and have the skills to support them in a trauma-informed way.
